This is the core of the system. You send it a URL, and it runs the full pipeline: fetch the site, audit it with Claude, draft outreach with Claude, log everything. Two AI calls chained together, with state tracking in KV.

Step 1: Create the Worker.

Go to dash.cloudflare.com. Click Workers & Pages > Create > Create Worker. Name it "pipeline-orchestrator". Click Deploy. Then click "Edit code".

Click Deploy after pasting. This Worker uses three environment variables (SHEETS_WEBHOOK_URL, ANTHROPIC_API_KEY) and one KV binding (PIPELINE_STATE). You will set all of these up in Section 8.

WHY TWO CLAUDE CALLS INSTEAD OF ONE?

You could ask Claude to audit and draft outreach in a single prompt.
The problem is quality. When you chain the calls, the outreach prompt
gets the exact audit scores and issues as structured data. Claude
writes better outreach when it has clean inputs instead of trying to
do everything at once. The extra $0.02 per lead is worth it.


THE 30-DAY TTL

The expirationTtl: 60 * 60 * 24 * 30 line tells KV to automatically
delete the record after 30 days. This keeps KV clean. After 30 days,
if you process the same URL again, it will run the full pipeline fresh
instead of returning the cached result. You can change 30 to any
number of days.
